Who We Are.

The Independent Park Home Advisory Service is a voluntary organisation offering advice and information to anyone contemplating Mobile/Park Home living or already living on a residential  Mobile Home Park. Unbiased guidance is also available to Mobile Home Park owners.

Our  verbal or written advice is free to our members. For Membership Details please see the link on our home page..

Our advice is often requested by council officials, the Citizens Advice Bureaux and legal personnel. As we are not Lawyers, we cannot represent either side in legal proceedings but we can offer guidance to all parties in the hopes that court action may be avoided altogether and the dispute can be settled amicably outside court.

Usually, mobile home owners ask for our advice  because of a dispute between residents and park owners.

Site owners also come to us for advice where, for example, the law has changed and they need to know how it affects them.

What We Do

We talk to Government on local and national levels to discuss legislation and the rights of those in park-home residency.

We talk to site owners regarding the law and policies governing their management of their sites.

We liaise with the bodies governing services and amenities to park-home sites.

Our consultants offer advice in a wide range of subjects to anyone in membership involved in residential park-home living.

We negotiate discounts for our members.

(Home insurance at 10% discount)

IPHAS produces a news sheet called 'The Advisor'  which brings the most recent news to members.

We also host a Members' Portal, an area exclusively for the use of members where current information and other items of interest can be viewed much quicker than by post.

IPHAS are open to any suggestions as to how the service can be improved. Please feel free to email us Here.
